This theoretical-analytical article, linked to the development of an educational product, discusses the resocialization of adolescents in conflict with the law through the articulation between socio-educational measures, Professional and Technological Education, peripheral culture and digital games. The central problem is to understand how critical, culturally situated educational practices connected to work as an educational principle can displace the strictly punitive logic still present in the socioeducational system. Methodologically, the text is based on a bibliographic and documentary review guided by historical-dialectical materialism and is connected to a research project focused on proposing a training course in digital games for adolescents deprived of liberty. The article argues that resocialization requires intersectoral actions, listening to the subjects, strengthening social bonds and building meaningful educational experiences. As a practical unfolding, the expected results of an educational product are presented, aiming to expand youth protagonism, critical awareness, self-esteem and possibilities of social and professional insertion. It should be noted that the focus of this work lies on the theoretical-methodological design of the educational product, rather than on the presentation of empirical data collected after its implementation.
