This paper aims to know the difficulties faced by the educator to include the student with special needs in the regular school system discussing social inclusion and the right of individuals with disabilities to have access to education. which education went through, naming the facts and context of social exclusion to which people with special needs passed through the years until we reach the current situation, through bibliographic survey and exploratory research. Showing the role of the school, within this educational and social scenario, and the limitations faced by all involved in this educational context.
