The present study aimed to analyze legal education through realistic simulation, with a learning approach aligned with the use of the metaverse in the courts of justice in Brazil and law firms. The adopted approach was qualitative, through field research conducted in a law course at a university located in the interior of the State of São Paulo. Fifteen faculty members from the course participated in the research, most of whom hold master's and doctoral degrees. Data were collected through in-person interviews conducted within the university's work context, during faculty planning hours, with questions regarding knowledge of the metaverse, the possibility of implementation, and the teaching practices developed. The technique of Collective Subject Discourse (CSD) was used to analyze the data. The results showed that the integration of the metaverse with legal education goes beyond the pedagogical aspect, being used in law firms and courts of justice, which have begun to effectively explore the potential that the metaverse environment provides, serving as an aid to address deficiencies in the judiciary, as well as providing standardized service in law firms.
