Leadership constitutes the central axis in determining the excellence of organizational performance, exerting a direct influence on team motivation, employees' psychological safety, and the effectiveness of corporate strategies focused on constant innovation. This article investigates how transformational management practices impact results in educational and business contexts, mobilizing rigorous bibliographic research based on the methodological assumptions of Lakatos (2021) and Ferrer and Dias (2023) to analyze the production of twelve authors specialized in governance and institutional behavior. Results evidence that relational support and continuous recognition are fundamental for talent retention and constructive conflict resolution, such that management effectiveness lies in the balance between inspiring vision and the creation of inclusive environments that promote human development and the sustainability of the proposed transformations.
