This Project of the magnetic levitation was building with the turns around a magnetic core to become magnetic field strong. The magnetic levitation is a second-order system, it is unsteady. A system of controlling the current is required to the electromagnect force is equal and contrary the object to be levitated, providing levitation. The hall-effect sensor change the output voltage when vary in proportion the magnetic field, thus, the output voltage was the setpoint for the control the object’s distance. The PID (proportional, integral e derivative) controller through the routine programming in Arduino treats the error in the system. Therefore, PWM signal modula current, controlling doing the electromagnect force keeping the object levitating. This term paper provided opportunity to review different contents taught around the course, beginning in the mathematical model until apply the classical control system.
