This article analyzes the Safe School, Citizen Student Project (PESAC) in Manaus, Amazonas, as a tool for addressing school violence. The general objective is to describe the project's profile as a factor of social transformation and its effectiveness within the educational setting. The methodology is based on an exploratory and descriptive bibliographic survey, with a qualitative approach grounded in scientific and documentary sources. Results indicate that the civic-military management model contributes significantly to reducing violence rates, such as aggression and vandalism, and improving pedagogical performance. Final considerations validate the hypothesis that the inclusion of values such as discipline, civism, and meritocracy provides new future perspectives for vulnerable youth. It is concluded that PESAC acts as a strategic pedagogical pillar for public safety and citizenship.
