This study aims to analyze the interface between administrative governance and compliance as instruments for the prevention and mitigation of organizational risks in public and private institutions. In view of the increasing regulatory complexity and legal requirements, organizations have become more exposed to legal, administrative, and operational risks, making the adoption of structured management mechanisms essential. In this context, administrative governance contributes to the organization of processes, definition of responsibilities, and guidance of decision-making, while compliance promotes regulatory conformity and an ethical organizational culture. The research adopts a qualitative approach, with a theoretical, exploratory, and descriptive nature, developed through bibliographic and documentary review, based on the analysis of books, scientific articles, standards, and institutional documents related to the topic. The results indicate that the integration between administrative governance and compliance strengthens organizational risk management, promotes greater transparency, and contributes to the sustainability and efficiency of public and private organizations.
