This study aimed to analyze the applicability of the PDCA method in the educational field, highlighting its contributions to the planning, execution, and evaluation of pedagogical and institutional actions. The study discusses how the cycle—composed of the stages of planning, doing, checking, and acting—can be incorporated into educational management as a strategy to promote continuous improvement and efficiency in school processes. The methodology adopted was a literature review. The findings indicate that the method favors alignment between goals and actions, strengthens the culture of monitoring and evaluation, and contributes to the development of participatory and results-oriented management. Furthermore, it was observed that the application of PDCA promotes greater clarity in defining objectives, greater integration among school stakeholders, and a greater capacity to respond to educational demands. It is concluded that PDCA is a versatile and effective tool, capable of improving educational planning and driving the transformation of pedagogical practices, provided it is implemented continuously, collaboratively, and in a contextualized manner.
