Children with neurological disorders experience chronic motor impairments that negatively affect their autonomy, functionality, and participation in activities of daily living. In this context, the TheraSuit method has emerged as an intensive rehabilitation approach associated with meaningful motor, postural, and functional improvements. This study aimed to characterize clinical practices related to the TheraSuit method and to analyze perceived and documented functional outcomes in medical records of pediatric patients with neurological disorders, using lexical analysis as a tool to map the therapeutic process. This is a descriptive, retrospective, and documentary study with a quali-quantitative approach, based on the analysis of 18 medical records of patients treated between 2023 and 2024 at a specialized clinic located in Belém, Pará, Brazil. Textual data were processed using IRaMuTeQ software, applying similarity analysis and Descending Hierarchical Classification. A total of 359 text segments were examined, revealing the centrality of the TheraSuit method articulated across four main axes: biomechanical-functional, diagnostic, multiprofessional, and technical. Quantitative records demonstrated positive functional progression, with individualized gains in postural control, gait, and acquisition of motor milestones. It is concluded that a family-centered approach, combined with continuous and intensive follow-up, enhances clinical effectiveness and supports functional development throughout the therapeutic process.
