This bibliographic review explores how neurosciences provide the foundation for understanding human personality and temperament, establishing an essential connection with pedagogical practices focused on inclusive and high-quality education. The study analyzes literacy information about neurobiological diversity, based on the premise that each individual possesses a unique brain influenced by genes, environment, and experiences. Through an exploratory-descriptive approach, contributions from classic and contemporary authors in neuroscience and psychology were analyzed. The results highlight the urgency of integrating neuroscientific knowledge into the educational setting, promoting multimodal and personalized strategies that respect students' biological rhythms and singularities for effective social inclusion.
