This article reviews evidence on non-pharmacological interventions for fatigue and quality of life in cancer patients. Exercise reduces inflammation; yoga and mindfulness improve well-being; acupuncture and reflexology reduce fatigue. It concludes that these practices are safe, effective, and complement conventional treatment, promoting greater patient autonomy.
