Soccer is one of the most widely practiced sports in childhood, making it relevant to understand how physical activity programs can influence sports performance in youth categories. This study aims to analyze, through a literature review, the effects of physical activity programs applied to under-7 soccer athletes, focusing on training load, specific exercises, and running drills. To this end, scientific publications from national and international databases were consulted, including studies addressing physical training in children, motor development, and sports injury prevention. The review identified that the proper organization of training load and the inclusion of specific exercises adapted to the age group significantly contribute to improving sports performance and ensuring the safe development of young athletes.
