This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of early adultization and the exposure of children and adolescents on the social network Instagram, relating it to the risks of vulnerability and the occurrence of cybercrimes. The research is based on the observation that technological advances and the popularization of social networks have transformed social, communicational, and legal dynamics, while also expanding the forms of digital violence. Through a qualitative and descriptive approach, grounded in bibliographic review and legal analysis, this paper examines the correlation between the online overexposure of minors and the violation of fundamental rights guaranteed by the Brazilian Constitution and the Child and Adolescent Statute. Furthermore, it highlights the role of the Brazilian legal framework, emphasizing laws such as the Marco Civil da Internet (Lei n°. 12.965/2014), the Lei Carolina Dieckmann (Lei n°. 12.737/2012), and the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados – LGPD (Lei n°. 13.709/2018) in addressing illicit conduct in the digital environment. The study concludes that the full protection of children and adolescents requires not only the improvement of legal norms but also public policies focused on digital education, awareness, and shared responsibility among the State, society, and digital platforms.
