The analysis also indicated that teacher mediation played a fundamental role in guiding digital activities, strengthening engagement and cooperation among learners. It was concluded that the pedagogical use of digital technologies contributed to the formation of more communicative, participative, and empathetic individuals, in addition to promoting inclusion and student protagonism. Further studies were recommended to deepen the understanding of mediation practices and the long-term impact of technologies on communicative development.
