This article aims to analyze the contribution of educators to interpersonal relationships within the workplace of the Special Courts of the Public Treasury in the capital of Pernambuco, within the scope of the Court of Justice of Pernambuco (TJPE). The research, bibliographic in nature and qualitative in nature, is based on authors in the fields of Legal Pedagogy, Social Education, and Human Rights, seeking to understand the role of educators as agents of mediation, institutional dialogue, and the promotion of a culture of peace in the legal context. The work of these professionals, historically associated with the school environment, has expanded to non-school settings, including the justice system, where their intervention proves essential for strengthening humanizing practices and interpersonal communication among staff, those under their jurisdiction, and other institutional actors. The results indicate that educators contribute not only to conflict resolution but also to ethical development, the comprehensive protection of children and adolescents, and the development of socio-emotional skills in the judicial environment. It is concluded that their inclusion in the Public Treasury Courts represents a step forward in the qualification of the judicial service and in the commitment to a more sensitive, inclusive justice system focused on guaranteeing fundamental rights.
