This article analyzes the relationship between digital education and access to Justice in the context of a hyperconnected society, where judicial proceedings take place through electronic platforms. Access to Justice is a fundamental right, indispensable for the guarantee of other rights and a parameter for interpreting procedural science. In this sense, digital education emerges as an essential condition for both the theoretical and practical understanding of this access in times of electronic proceedings. The digital transformation initiated at the Court of Justice of Pernambuco (TJPE) has been consolidated as a strategic modernization vector, promoting both procedural efficiency and inclusion. However, it is necessary to invest not only in technological infrastructure but also in digital skills, in order to ensure that all justice system actors can fully benefit from the tools provided.
