The inclusion of students with Down's Syndrome in the regular school system is a right guaranteed by law. However, inclusion is not just about enrolling these students in school, it is about guaranteeing a quality education that respects their specificities. From this perspective, teachers must seek to understand the needs of these students so that their teaching practice achieves the goal of learning. The aim of this article is to find answers to the question of how teaching practice works in mainstream schools in terms of the inclusion of children with Down's syndrome. To this end, it analyzed teachers' conceptions, in general, of school inclusion and Down's syndrome; as well as proposing to learn about the pedagogical work developed for the school inclusion of children with Down's syndrome.
