This article aimed to study digital social media as educational tools in the Integrated High School in Agriculture program. The use of social networks as a teaching tool represents a didactic strategy strongly aligned with teachers. Young students, who are highly connected, use numerous social media platforms, especially Instagram. This platform was used to create educational posts that exemplified content covered in the Agriculture I classes for first-year technical high school students in Agriculture at the Federal Institute of Alagoas, Santana do Ipanema Campus, during the 2022/23 academic year. The content was presented in the form of summarized posts on Instagram, based on the subjects taught in Agriculture I classes.
