This article explores intergenerational diversity within organizations, focusing on different work models and leadership practices adopted in the current corporate environment. The research aims to examine how these models directly impact the engagement and motivation of teams, both in the execution of routine tasks and in the completion of more complex and strategic projects. It considers, for this purpose, the particularities, expectations, and values that characterize the different generations present in the labor market, such as Baby Boomers, Generation X, millennials, and Generation Z. Furthermore, the study investigates the relevance of leadership in building a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful environment that values the unique skills and contributions of each team member. The way leaders position themselves, communicate, and interact with these distinct generations can generate significant benefits for productivity and innovation, but it also requires a deep understanding of the challenges related to age diversity and proficiency in the use of new technologies.
