This article aims to analyze the educational barriers faced by children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in accessing regular education, as well as the proposed inclusive solutions that can enhance the learning and socialization process for these students. The research reveals that, despite legislative progress and public policies aimed at inclusive education, significant challenges remain, such as lack of teacher training, absence of appropriate educational resources, and social exclusion within the school environment. Furthermore, the study highlights the need for curricular adaptation, continuous teacher training, adequate infrastructure, and psychological support as strategies to promote effective inclusion. Public policies on inclusive education play a key role but must be accompanied by practical actions in schools to be effective. The study concludes that diversity should be seen as a value, not an obstacle, and that school inclusion is essential to ensure the right to education for all children, regardless of their differences.
