Social pedagogy is an area of knowledge that focuses on the education and development of individuals and communities, especially in contexts of social vulnerability. In the state of Tocantins, research in this area has proven to be fundamental to understanding and improving the educational and social dynamics of local communities. This research project aimed to investigate academic productions in Social Pedagogy in the state of Tocantins during the period from 2019 to 2023. The methodology used was the narrative literature review, which is based on published studies, using previously defined and explicit methods to identify, select and critically evaluate research considered relevant. To achieve the objective, textual analysis was used as a methodology, employing the software Interface de R pour les Analyses Multidimensionnelles de Textes et de Questionnaires (IRAMUTEQ). This approach allowed us to examine a significant corpus of academic texts and identify patterns, themes and semantic relationships present in the productions on Social Pedagogy in Tocantins during the selected period.
