This article examines the role of school administrators in promoting a culture of innovation in educational institutions, with an emphasis on strategies that encourage modern and engaging pedagogical practices. Innovative school management is crucial for adapting the educational process to contemporary demands, enabling the comprehensive development of students and fostering a continuous learning environment among teachers and students. Based on Brazilian literature, this study highlights management methods that promote an environment of collaboration, autonomy, and creativity, contributing to the development of effective and attractive educational practices.
