This is an integrative literature review on the use of digital tools in public bodies of the Judiciary and their impact on organizational climate. The main objective was to conduct a literature review on the implementation of digital tools in the Judiciary, focusing on the impact of these technologies on the organizational climate. The review was conducted by selecting studies between 2014 and 2025, through databases such as Google Scholar, SciELO, SSRN, ENAP, and CAPES Periodicals. Nineteen studies were selected, and the results indicate that digital transformation, when well implemented, accompanied by investments in infrastructure, continuous training, and humanization policies, promotes significant gains in productivity, efficiency, autonomy, and employee satisfaction, contributing positively to the favorable maintenance of the organizational climate. On the other hand, the analysis also revealed challenges due to the difficulty in delimiting boundaries between professional and personal life, such as information overload, highlighting the need for strategic change management to maximize the benefits of digital transformation. Furthermore, the research emphasizes the importance of continuous training and investments in infrastructure for the success of digitalization. Thus, the positive impact on the organizational climate depends on an integrated approach, balancing technological advances with human-centered management practices.
