The aim of this research is to address the increasing incorporation of active methodologies and hybrid teaching in the educational landscape, particularly after the COVID-19 pandemic. It also analyzes the repercussions of these methodological implementations in high school education, exploring the challenges and opportunities associated with integrating digital technologies into the educational process. The pressing need for pedagogical innovation has led to the adoption of these approaches to complement and transform traditional teaching. The methodology employed for this scientific production was an academic essay, centered on critical analysis and synthesis based on bibliographic studies on the topic. Active methodologies, such as the Flipped Classroom and Problem-Based Learning, have been essential in developing students' autonomy and protagonism, making learning more dynamic and interactive. By combining face-to-face and online activities, these approaches effectively meet the demands of Generation Z and enhance interaction with digital technologies.
