This work aims to address the training process of education teachers, literacy cycle (1st and 2nd years) and school managers, in the Piauí Literacy Program, at the Right Age, in the 10th Regional Education Management, which comprises 13 municipalities. The main justification for this is to emphasize the importance of continuing education for the improvement of the teaching and learning process, in municipal educational networks, based on a regime of collaboration between the State and the thirteen municipalities, which comprise the jurisdiction of the 10th GRE. The objectives of this work are divided into two segments: first, the general objective is to understand the importance of continuing education of the PPAIC, for the improvement of educational indexes, in the initial years, guaranteeing the right of students to learn; The methodological procedures of this research: a) documentary and bibliographical research; b) field research, describing the PPAIC training courses, from 2022 to 2024. Finally, the importance of ongoing training for teachers and managers is concluded, which culminated in the improvement of the teaching and learning process, in the 10th GRE Floriano.
