The fight against bullying in the school environment requires multidimensional strategies, including valuing cultural diversity and promoting human rights education. This study analyzes how Afro culture and art can contribute to the prevention and combat of bullying in a public school in Salvador, Bahia. The research explores the relationship between artistic practices, knowledge of Afro culture, and human rights education. Theater, capoeira, and Afro dances are highlighted as effective tools for fostering respect, social inclusion, and empathy. Theater, in particular, is addressed as a means of communication that allows students to express their emotions and develop socio-emotional skills, such as communication and conflict resolution. The Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC) recognizes human rights education as essential for teaching, encouraging the appreciation of cultural diversity. The implementation of Afro-artistic and cultural activities in the school curriculum is seen as a promising approach to strengthen awareness of cultural differences and promote inclusion. Furthermore, the study highlights the importance of collaboration between schools, families, and communities to effectively address bullying. Partnerships with professionals in the cultural field can contribute to teacher training and the implementation of educational projects. Evaluating the impact of these initiatives in the school environment is essential to improving educational practices and strengthening the fight against bullying, promoting a respectful and empathetic environment among students.
