The study addressed the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence in teaching, investigating the challenges and opportunities associated with this technological application in the educational context. The problem analyzed was how to ensure an ethical use of artificial intelligence that promotes the personalization of learning and preserves the essential values of education, without compromising privacy and equity. The general objective was to explore the ethical and practical implications of the use of artificial intelligence in teaching, highlighting its potential benefits and the necessary precautions. The research, of an exclusively bibliographic nature, used a qualitative approach, reviewing relevant sources that discuss the ethical and operational aspects of AI in teaching. Academic documents and institutional reports were analyzed to identify the main perspectives on the topic. During the development, the study emphasized the benefits of AI, such as the personalization of teaching and support for educational management, while highlighting crucial ethical issues, such as the transparency of algorithms and data protection. The final considerations pointed out that AI offers significant opportunities, but requires adequate regulation and teacher training to be implemented ethically and effectively.
