This work addresses psychological interventions aimed at the development and well-being of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), a disorder characterized by challenges in communication, social interaction, and behavior. The general objective of the research is to identify and analyze the most effective therapeutic approaches, seeking to contribute to the improvement of these individuals' quality of life. The methodology used included a systematic literature review, selecting studies that address interventions such as behavioral therapy, occupational therapy, and psychotherapy. The results indicate that personalized interventions, which take into account the particularities of each individual, are essential for promoting social and communication skills. Furthermore, the inclusion of the family in the therapeutic process is crucial for the effectiveness of the interventions. The main final considerations highlight the need for a multidisciplinary approach and the importance of continuous training for professionals involved in caring for individuals with ASD, aiming not only at skill development but also at emotional and social well-being.
