Abstract

This article aims to discuss adminisnistartive policies taken by federal, state and municipal governments regarding the Coravirus epidemic which began in China in 2020 and affected everyone´s daily life. Likewise, it is to discuss the concept of the police power, the need to comply social isolation measures and quarentine, and theire diffrent effects into individual sphere. Also, it is mencioned in this work the Law n. 13.979/2020, and the inevitability of suppression of certain fundamental rights face of those public policies.

Graduanda em Direito no 8º semestre do Instituto de Direito Público de Brasília- IDP e graduanda em Gestão de Políticas Públicas no 4º semestre da Universidade de Brasília, integrante do grupo de pesquisa de Direito Internacional e União Europeia do IDP e do grupo de Oratória e Argumentação jurídica também do IDP.
