This article investigates Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) management practices within organizations, focusing on a case study of Google, a company recognized for its pioneering initiatives in the technology sector. Utilizing a qualitative approach, the research is based on an in-depth document analysis that provides a comprehensive and contextualized understanding of perceptions and experiences related to diversity and inclusion practices in the corporate environment, considering diversity in its multiple dimensions: gender, race, sexual orientation, age, abilities, and experiences. The study reveals that diversity and inclusion management is essential for fostering innovation and improving organizational performance, as well as strengthening the commitment to social justice. Google's initiatives, such as the use of artificial intelligence to mitigate unconscious biases, training programs, and affinity networks, demonstrate how diversity and inclusion can be integrated into organizational culture, although challenges remain, such as the underrepresentation of minorities in leadership positions. The findings offer insights and recommendations for companies seeking to implement or enhance inclusive policies, highlighting diversity and inclusion as a continuous process that requires commitment, innovation, and strategic adaptation to the specific characteristics of each organization.
