This article sought to address the satisfaction of users at the dental school clinic of the UNINOVAFAPI University Center in Teresina-PI. The aim was to analyze the level of satisfaction of users, with a view to identifying areas for improvement and factors that influence the perception of services, taking into account aspects such as the physical environment, biosafety, availability of services and quality of care. The research was an exploratory quantitative study, with questionnaires administered to patients who received dental care between May and August 2023. The analysis was carried out using SPSS software. The results mainly indicated that the majority of respondents were female (69.3%), aged between 33 and 51. The cleanliness and organization of the clinic were highly rated (96.63%). As for the service, 92.13% of patients received clear explanations about their treatment and 98.88% recommended the clinic to other people. Users were satisfied with the services offered by the clinic, both technically and organizationally, including the relationship between teachers, students and patients. The correct use of personal protective equipment, the attention given to patients and the clear explanation of treatments can also be highlighted as positive points. However, reducing waiting times was highlighted as an area for improvement. A detailed analysis of the positive points and areas for improvement provides input for improving care and aligning professional practices with patients' needs. This reinforces the institution's social commitment and the quality of its technical and human care.
