Abstract

This article focuses on rural education and educational supervision , addressing the importance of the role of this person as an articulator and mediator of educational proposals. Thus, to characterize the supervisory function in the school , pointing out the challenges of rural education and know the action of educational supervision in rural education, which should be flexible, open to innovations and changes in plans, educational and social zone rural. The approach used in this study was a literature qualitatively analyzing the variations on the theme discussed. It was observed that the supervisor needs the support of the educator that the proposals are carried out successfully, since the latter are dealing directly with the audience in the teaching and learning processes, the learner. Note that this function is not always listed as critical in schools, resulting in embezzlement pedagogical school staff.
