This article analyzes the lithic material recovered at the Archaeological Site Sapucaia 4, located in the municipality of Iguatu, on the border with the municipalities of Braganey and Corbélia, in the state of Paraná. The collection consists of 373 pieces, from chips to tools, with the majority of the material found on the surface. From the stylistic analysis of the pieces, an attempt is made to relate their characteristics with data relating to lithic technology present in the literature about past human occupation of the region. We concluded that, although it is not possible to specify which lithic tradition the material belongs to, the pieces may be witnesses of human reoccupation by different groups, or that the aforementioned site was occupied by the same group, but performed a specific function.
