Abstract

This article aims to establish a correlation between the possibility of applying Law 10.639/2023 based on the development of interdisciplinary curricula. Outlining a brief meaning of the term interdisciplinarity, the difficulties and proposals for integration. It confers the possibility of the interdisciplinary relationship henceforth methodological suggestions presented by Petronilha Silva (2005), the “Guidelines and Actions for the Education of Ethnic-Racial Relations” (2006) of the MEC, as well as an important presentation of the conceptions of racism as structural, institutional, cultural, environmental, recreational, epistemic and others; in which it contributes: (ALMEIDA, 2019), (FANON, 1980), (PACHECO, 2007), (MOREIRA, 2019), (CARNEIRO, 2011), assisting an important anti-racist understanding. Finally, it achieves an understanding of the interdisciplinary capacity of the aforementioned law, by virtue of its terms (§2, Art.1), highlighting its application from early childhood education, including in higher education, according to Resolution CNE/CP/2004, in its Art.1, §1 (BRAZIL, 2004). The essential focus is to conceive that the contents are integrated, providing exchanges, as well as cooperation in the most diverse areas of knowledge.
