DISCIPLINARY PROCESS FOR LOSS OF EFFECTIVE POSITION OF LAW Nº 16.544/2010 IN FRONT OF THE STABILITY OF THE STATE MILITARY

Abstract

Every public position in the direct or indirect public administration has penalties, whether administrative or criminal, typified in its internal regulations, which, when commited, must be subjected to the scrutiny of a diciplinary precedure for the application of there sanctions. The State Law nº 16.544, of July 14, 2010, regulates the disciplinary process of Licensing Disciplinary Investigation, Disciplinary Council and Justification Council, aimed at the removal and loss of positions of military police officers and military firefighters in the State of Paraná. We will discuss the law that provides for these procedures, as well as its specific characteristics and application to state military personnel.
