This research focuses on the training of management teams in public schools in Acre, with an emphasis on using the Moodle Platform for technological inclusion and diversity promotion. The objective is to analyze the platform's potential for ongoing training of these teams, exploring how its digital resources (classes, slides, videos, exercises, and forums) can contribute to a more accessible and inclusive training experience. The methodology combines qualitative and quantitative approaches, assessing both the subjective impact of the training and the extent of professionals trained. The field research, conducted in the first half of 2019, included visits to the Training Division and surveys of the trainers responsible for the didactic material on the platform. Results indicate that the Moodle platform had a positive impact on the increase in the number of trained managers but also revealed significant challenges, such as issues with technological infrastructure and deadline management, which affected the training process. The conclusion suggests that while the platform provides a valuable alternative for ongoing training, it is essential to address technological and logistical obstacles to ensure effective and comprehensive inclusion.
