This study investigates the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education, focusing on the personalization of teaching, administrative automation, and the promotion of educational equity. Utilizing a systematic bibliographic research approach, relevant studies on "Artificial Intelligence in education," "personalization of teaching," and "educational automation" were explored in databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar. The results highlight that AI facilitates the adaptation of educational content to the individual needs of students, enhancing engagement and learning efficiency. Additionally, the automation of administrative processes contributes to more efficient management of educational institutions. However, ethical issues related to data privacy and AI governance must be carefully considered. It is concluded that AI represents a promising tool for positively transforming education, emphasizing the need for ethical and responsible implementation to maximize its educational benefits.
