Abstract

The term quality is constantly used in all areas of knowledge and is often linked to excellence. In this work, we sought to reflect on the term quality aimed at both education in general and specifically school inclusion. This research is of a bibliographic nature, in addition to searching in the databases of scielo on the works that mentioned the term quality, then the word education was added to the term, that is, quality in education and finally quality, inclusion and disability. At first it was possible to find that, in general, the term quality was found in 28,865 works, however, when searching for quality in education, the number drops to 2,338 works, and finally, when searching for quality, education, inclusion and disability, the works were reduced to 14 articles. In fact, the term quality is commonly used in several scientific works, however, few studies appropriate the meaning of the word.
