Abstract

This article presents a discursive approach to the advances and challenges present in the Brazilian educational system, whose objective is to analyze how the 21st century educator is engaged in this process of technological change, the methodology on which the article is guided is qualitative bibliographical character, based on theoretical references that discuss the object of study, as well as, in line with the observations made in everyday school life, whose perspective is always centered on the teaching-learning process, on the pedagogical practices developed by the teacher in which the essence The student is paramount.
