Abstract

The main purpose of this article is to demonstrate through concepts and a brief bibliography review the importance of a humanized School Management, resulting in a service provision and quality education. The main research method was the bibliographic review and the notes are the result of reflections on the reading of authors who present the discussion with correlated themes. As the main author, a quote from the researcher Heloísa Luck was presented, which deals with themes such as Democratic Management and Participatory Leadership and the importance of the execution of this theme for a successful school. The comparative texts and the different works make us conclude that a Humanized School Management presents positivity for a good performance of students related to learning, as well as a provision of service with excellence carried out by the school community, in the search for an effective education and institutional service.
