This article examines the transformations and challenges that educators face due to the unavoidable need for remote teaching, a reality accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic. Through interviews with Early Childhood Education and High School teachers, this study investigates the adaptation of pedagogical practices to e-learning. A central point of the analysis is the importance of ongoing teacher training in a rapidly transforming society. The study highlights the resilience and innovation capacity of teachers in the face of remote teaching challenges, emphasizing both the positive and negative aspects of this modality. The research emphasizes that, given the constant technological and social changes, ongoing training emerges as a fundamental pillar to equip educators with the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate the evolving educational landscape. The study highlights the urgency in rethinking teacher training, technological infrastructure and teaching methodologies, suggesting that e-learning, despite its challenges, also offers opportunities for innovations in pedagogical practices and for strengthening education in an era of continuous transformations.
