Data processing is gradually taking up more space in corporate work, in private entities and in public service. And also, in the collective debate. The General Data Protection Law - 13,709/2018 - was enacted and had the effect of filling the gap regarding the improvement of data storage, handling and disposal, within expected, minimum security standards. And, in this context, children and adolescents are also subject to data processing, with their peculiarities due to their vulnerable conditions. The application in different contexts will be demonstrated in this work, considering domestic, commercial and corporate aspects; public and private. Not only is it believed that there will be, but there have been several studies and investments regarding the improvement of the aforementioned standards, as we will see throughout the study. It will make it clear that public bodies and private entities work to make this “world” safer, more accessible, functional, and transparent for everyone and, specifically, due to the approach to work, for children and adolescents.
