Online education is increasingly present in academic settings, offering flexible and continuous learning opportunities. In this context, online tutoring emerges as a timely tool to assist in the quality of education, as the promotion and dissemination of knowledge facilitate the diffusion of knowledge through theoretical and practical training via remote teaching, enabling the production of educational materials. With the advent of the Covid-19 pandemic, the need for online classes arose, and due to the lack of in-person practical classes, it was found that offering virtual tutoring would provide training to students without significant drawbacks, given the atypical academic period. In this article, we explore the experience of online tutoring in the subject of Meat, Poultry, and Egg Technology, highlighting its relevance and impact on students' learning process.
