This study delves into the integration of educational technologies in the school environment, focusing on the challenges and solutions for effective implementation. Educational technologies are recognized for their potential to transform teaching and learning processes, promoting inclusion, collaboration, and personalized education. The research addresses the importance of adopting these technologies in the current context, emphasizing the need to adapt to the new demands of an increasingly digitalized society, especially in light of the challenges posed by the pandemic and the transition to remote learning. Through a systematic literature review and case study analysis, the study identifies the main challenges faced by educational institutions, such as resistance to change, lack of adequate infrastructure, and the need for teacher training. A holistic approach is proposed for the implementation of educational technologies, considering technological, pedagogical, and cultural aspects, and highlights the importance of continuous professional development for educators. The work emphasizes the need for alignment between technologies and educational objectives, as well as the importance of pedagogical strategies that encourage active student participation and collaboration. It concludes that effective integration of educational technologies requires careful planning, institutional support, and a student-centered approach, aiming for more inclusive education adapted to the demands of the 21st century.
