UMA PERSPECTIVA ESPACIAL PARA AS AÇÕES INCLUSIVAS NO INSTITUTO FEDERAL FARROUPILHA - IFFAR

Abstract

This paper aims to discuss the spatiality of inclusion actions in the IFFAR of the 2009-2017 period. We used exploratory research and a qualitative approach on management reports. The analysis of the data was based on the concepts of spaces of control and dissident territorializations. It should be emphasized that inclusion actions take place on all campuses, and it is regulated by a profusion of norms necessary for a control space. The decentralization of the management of Inclusion Actions Coordination via inclusive nuclei in each campus opened up greater possibilities of acceptance of difference, diversity and plurality. The actions acquired a territorial character in articulating, in a systematic way, the support to groups and communities invisible, disempowered, excluded, guetificados, and the collective, social movements, nongovernmental organizations. The nuclei proved to be part of the dynamics of the territorialization of populations in resistance processes, representing the antithesis of control spaces. Such spatial dynamics of inclusion actions are a direct consequence of the territorial repercussions repercussions generated by the inclusion nuclei. This  involves the effort to open up the Farroupilha Federal Institute to the institutional struggle, the territorialisation of resistance and the reception of the project identities and eventual dissent, as well as the valorization of loopholes, contradictions and margins of action as spaces to expand inclusion.
