This study addressed the promotion of equity in school management, focusing on inclusive strategies and practices. The central problem investigated was the effectiveness of school management practices aligned with the principles of equity and inclusion. The general objective was to explore theories and practices that promote equity in school management, examine the role of digital technologies in inclusive education, and analyze relevant educational policies. The methodology adopted was a literature review, collecting and analyzing significant contributions in the field of school management and inclusive education. The results indicated that school management faces challenges in promoting equity, especially with regard to adapting pedagogical practices to meet the diverse needs of students. Participatory and democratic management in schools and the effective use of digital technologies emerged as important aspects for creating an inclusive educational environment. Active methodologies were highlighted as pedagogical approaches that promote more interactive and engaging teaching. The study concluded that inclusive practices, effective leadership and well-structured educational policies are essential to promoting equity in education.
