The search for active methodologies incorporated into pedagogical practices is constant, especially in the field of working with literary texts in the classroom, in order to find alternatives that bring the reader closer to the work, based on the experience of an anti-racist education in a society marked by the use of digital technologies. Based on this, the aim of this work is to present the digital tool Padlet as a facilitator for the implementation of a reading proposal for the work "Minha mãe é negra sim" (My Mother is Black, Indeed), by Patrícia Santana, aimed at 7th-grade students in Elementary School II. Furthermore, the study is based on the concept of literary mediation (DALVI, 2013) along with studies on Active Methodologies and technological resources (MORAN; MASETTO; BEHRENS, 2000), and Law 10.639 (BRAZIL, 2003), which establishes the obligation to teach Afro-Brazilian and indigenous history and culture in public and private schools in Brazil. Based on bibliographic and descriptive research, this study presents the contributions of the digital platform for reader engagement through its collaborative interface and possibilities for use with literature. The results indicate extensive exploration with literary texts, based on a reading and analysis experience that values black identity.
