Abstract

Noble readers,

It is with great honor and distinct pleasure that I present the e-book entitled "STATE AND SOCIAL RELATIONS: EVALUATING THE PRINCIPLE OF IMPRESCRITIBILITY AND NON-RENIUNCABILITY". This legal work aims to provide a deep and insightful analysis of the intersection between the State, social relations and the principles of imprescriptibility and inalienability in the legal context.
In this compendium, we will explore four chapters that stand out for their relevance in understanding the topic. Below, we present a brief summary of each chapter:
CHAPTER 1: THE FAMILY. The first chapter is dedicated to a detailed analysis of the family institution in the legal and social context. Addressing transformations in family configurations, highlighting the centrality of food as an essential foundation in family relationships. Furthermore, we will examine the legal and social implications of family dynamics on the issue of spousal maintenance.
CHAPTER 2: FOOD, focuses on the concept of food, its historical evolution and its legal basis. Exploring the different types of food, their purposes and the guiding criteria for determining their amounts. Furthermore, we will discuss the relevance of food as a legal instrument in family and social relationships.
In the third chapter, “Alimony between spouses”, I delve deeper into the topic of alimony between spouses, exploring the legal bases that support the alimony obligation between husband and wife. We will pay special attention to the principles of imprescriptibility and inalienability, which safeguard the maintenance of this fundamental right, regardless of the passage of time or possible agreements between the parties.
CHAPTER 4: PROCEDURE PART
The fourth, titled “Procedural part”, enters the procedural sphere, examining the legal procedures necessary to seek, modify or terminate the maintenance obligation between spouses. We will address practical aspects, including the action for maintenance, the possibility of reviewing values and other issues pertinent to the procedural process.

This e-book represents a valuable tool for legal scholars, professionals in the legal field, judges and all those interested in the sphere of family and social relationships from a legal perspective. I hope that the reflections presented in this work contribute significantly to a more in-depth and enlightening understanding of the principles of imprescriptibility and non-waiverability in the context of social and legal relations.

I thank all readers for their attention and interest in this e-book, confident that reading it will provide an enriching and instructive experience.
Sincerely,

The author,
