This article aims to apply the Mentimeter platform in the teaching and learning process, at the Centro Educacional de Tempo Integral Agostinho Ernesto de Almeida, located in the municipality of Lábrea-AM. The use of the platform was more specifically in the history discipline, with the purpose of seeking teaching strategies, aiming to make classes more interesting and less exhausting for students, since computational resources are important allies in this process. Therefore, looking at this bias, there was a need to highlight the experience of using an application, in this case Mentimeter, as a computational resource to enhance interactive learning. After applying the Mentimeter, data were collected, duly compiled and analyzed through direct observation and from discussions and activities that were carried out. The impact on the use of the platform was positive, resulting in advantages in the teaching-learning process.
