USE OF THE SETS BINGO GAME AS A TEACHING TOOL FOR BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF THE CONTENT NUMERICAL SETS IN THE SUBJECT OF MATHEMATICS

This article sought to describe the experience acquired during the internship phase at a state school in the interior of Amazonas, an activity that explored the application of a game that took place in the 1st year of high school at the Thomé de Medeiros Raposo State School, addressing the bingo theme. of numerical sets. The approach adopted in this work provided an innovative way to encourage students to seek knowledge, making them more participatory in the classroom through competitions and challenges. The activity was divided into two distinct moments. Initially, it focused mainly on reviewing content-related concepts. Then, a diagnostic test was carried out, followed by the game called "Bingo dos Conjuntos", which aimed to work on the symbology and reinforce the concepts previously discussed. After completing the activity, the evolution of the students was evident, as they themselves recognized the importance of a differentiated approach for a better understanding of the content.
